Manufacturing process automation
Automated power supply facility monitoring and control system. Surface and underground mine switchgear, transformer substations, compact stations and frequency converters
This system is provided with the following functions
- high-voltage cell breaker status signalling (on, off and emergency off with indication of the reason for switching off);
- high-voltage earthing switch position signalling (“connected to earth”);
- automatic transformer substation (TS) switch position signalling (“on”);
- common station signals: emergency (common), warning, auxiliary circuit voltage control and earth leakage protection triggering;
- “substation opened” signal (door-mounted limit switches);
- remote high-voltage cell breaker control;
- voltage measurement on busbar sections;
- power and current measurement on incoming and outgoing feeders;
- commercial active and reactive energy metering on incoming and outgoing feeders;
- power factor control;
- harmonic distortion control on the busbar sections of indoor switchgear;
- microprocessing protection status monitoring for every high-voltage cell;
- high-voltage protection triggering control with indication of the reason;
- generation of reports and protocols describing operational switchings, emergency conditions and power consumption.
Information is presented at the following automated workstations (AWSs):
- AWS of the dispatcher responsible for the electrical power supply of the mining and processing plant;
- AWS of the electrical supervisor (within the scope of report forms including technical and economic system performance per every 3 min./30 min./ hour/shift/day/month/quarter/year);
- AWS of the deputy electrical supervisor.
