МFVP. Multifunctional explosion-proof mine video surveillance system
The MFVP multifunctional explosion-proof mine video surveillance package is designed for providing process-related video surveillance in operating underground shafts, mines and associated surface structures with hazardous gas (methane) and/or coal dust concentrations. It conforms to the TR CU 012/2011 requirements “On equipment safety for operation in explosion hazardous areas”.

МFVP-MH
МFVP-MH is the multifunctional highly explosion-proof mine video surveillance package that is designed for providing technological video surveillance in operating underground mine workings and adjacent buildings and structures of the surface package, including only gas hazardous areas pursuant to TR CU 012/2011 “On equipment safety for operation in explosion hazardous areas”.
WVC.MH highly explosion-proof mine web camera records the surrounding environment and transmits the video stream via wired Ethernet interface connection. Video recording is provided with IRS infrared searchlight illumination in low light or dark conditions. IPS-M intrinsically safe power supply source is used to supply power to the MFVP.MH equipment package. The connection of communication lines (electrical, optical) and the information exchange between the МFVP.MH multifunctional highly explosion-proof mine and automated on-line dispatcher control systems or other automated shaft (mine) systems are provided by means of software and hardware devices of the MMDTS multifunctional mine data transmission system.

МFVP-М is the mobile type multifunctional explosion-proof mine video surveillance package that is designed for providing audio and video recording of the surrounding environment during the operation of underground equipment (railway transport, multipurpose mining machines, drills, load haul dump machines, trucks, etc.) in underground shafts, mines and associated surface structures, including gas and dust hazardous areas pursuant to TR CU 012/2011 “On equipment safety for operation in explosion hazardous areas”.
The МFVP-М package uses the VRU mine video recording unit to record up to 4 video signals from WVC.AH highly explosion-proof analog video cameras and audio signals from the MP microphone on a removable storage device (SD memory card) and transmit them via data communication networks using wired Ethernet 100BASE -TX cable connection or wireless 802.11 b/g/n (Wi-Fi) connection through the wireless router (WRAP100 access point) with simultaneous display on the MMH highly explosion-proof mine monitor. The VRU mine video recording unit is used to supply power to the intrinsically safe equipment package. The VRU can be directly powered from an intrinsically safe source or an onboard non-intrinsically safe circuit with maximum 36V voltage. When mounted on underground transport, which is powered from bus wire network, the PSM mine power supply source can be used for that purpose.
