SPBEC MINING implements the complete cycle for developing and manufacturing electronic components of various applications in ore mining, which fully comply with explosion proofness requirements (GOST 60079-0-2011; TR CU 012/2011).
Our current production cycle represents a deeply structured system where every unit and every specialist perform their own function. The entire production cycle is carried out by professional specialists using our own facilities provided with modern equipment. Our range of manufacture includes more than 100 product items of various designs. Several tens of thousands of components have already been manufactured based on our customer requests.
Our manufacturing personnel implement the ideas generated by design engineers into unique components by going through the complete cycle from the production of electronic modules (printed circuit boards) to the release of finished products with highly protected enclosures and preinstalled software, which undergo presetting and pre-adjustment. In-process and operational inspection is provided at every manufacturing stage.
After the acceptance tests, components are assembled into systems where they are configured, subjected to integrated testing based on specially developed procedures and, finally, shipped to the customer.
